Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 3-5 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Q: HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE?
A: Since we print shirts to order, and want to ensure that you receive the best quality possible, printing times can vary based on the current order volume and the shipping option selected.
Domestic Orders Only (estimates include print and ship times)
Delivery: 3-10 Business Days
UPS picks up the packages from Sunfrog. The packages are then taken to New York where they are sorted out to be distributed to the correct country per each package. Once they have been assigned a tracking number it will take 2-6 weeks for delivery. (This is a safe time frame. If outside this I would assume that the package to be lost)
Tracking will not always follow the package until delivery. It depends if the country works with UPS and reports tracking updates back to them.
**Currently we are seeing that packages are being delivered between 10-12 days once they have left New York
***Countries in South America and Mexico are not recommended Shipping to. We do not see many of packages actually reach the customers. We have heard from our UPS reps that the package is usually stolen when they go through customs.**
You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain a tracking information.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
A: We ship to most countries throughout the world. The price is calculated based on your exact location and the weight of the package.
We use the UPS Mail Innovations to ship all orders and tracking will be available through them at www.ups.com. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. After it departs a US Processing Center, it becomes the property of your country’s postal system.
Currently we ship internationally with a rate per item of:
– $3.99 USD (USA), $4.99 USD (Canada) for the first tee or $5.99 USD (USA, Canada) for the first Hoodie/ sweatshirt.
– Other countries $5.99 for the first tee or $7.99 for the first Hoodie/sweatshirt
– Plus $2 per item from the second one.
– Free Shipping on All Orders over $99!

Shipping times for international orders vary greatly, but we would recommend that you allow at least 2-4 weeks for standard orders from the time it leaves the US for you to receive it.
**For international deliveries as well, please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.
Q: HOW LONG DOES PRINTING USUALLY TAKE?
A: Since we print to order, printing times can vary. Our typical print time for apparel items is 3-8 business days. Mugs, canvases, posters and hats will be printed within 3-7 business days. These estimates do not include transit time.
Q: HAVING PROBLEMS WITH TRACKING?
A: Domestic Tracking numbers will begin tracking within the 24-48 hours and then hit Ohio within the 2-3 days and are delivered shortly after that.
International Tracking will begin tracking with 24-48 hours and then hit New York within the 2-3 days then exported to the correct country.
Q: MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
A: If we ship your order to the address you provided and it comes back to us, it will be processed as return to sender mail and you will be contacted at the email address provided. You will be given the option to reship to a valid address or a product refund.
The original shipping costs cannot be refunded for items returned in the mail.
Q: AM I ABLE TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
A: We cannot change the shipping method selected after an order has been placed.
