Yesterday morning I checked my bank account and noticed two charges from your company I was not made aware that these charges would happen I called immediately went on chat 630am as soon as it was open I asked to have these orders cancelled and refunded one was cancelled but the other was not I was told if it ended up going to the shipping carrier you would have it sent back to you and I would be refunded this did not happen and now its on its way to me I have now been only offered a partial refund and am stuck with diapers too small for my child I am very concerned that the honest company charges their customers without informing them beforehand then will not fully refund them for products they do not want need
