New love hockey leggings

Worst service ever I placed a New love hockey leggings order for some socks on september 26 it is now october 9 and my package still has not shipped its socks ya’ll sock get it together. I received a shipment from one of my orders the other day that was damaged the post office delivered it in a large plastic bag as the entire box and contents were soaked in some sort of brown liquid I have called your customer service number multiple times now and wait time exceeds 30 minutes I hold for as long as I can but I don’t have this sort of time I sent an email to Y’all and understand it may be 5 business days before I get a response back I used my place cash on this order really want the items I ordered the post office said Y’all would have insurance and would likely replace the items help I can’t even keep the box in my house or garage as it smells awful and I don’t know what to do please see attached photos as well I have the tracking number the post office uses so they have it documented on file that it was damaged. I ‘ve been using your diapers for four years and absolutely loved the quality and look I’m so disappointed in the new and improved diapers they seem so cheap I loved that the old diapers never puffed up sagged or leaked but the new ones start puffing up and sagging shortly after putting them on and don’t get me started on how many leaks blowouts we ‘ve had since we got the shipment I feel like target’s up brand diapers are better quality compared to these and they’re a fraction of the price its so tough to pull the plug on a product I loved for so many years but I feel a little betrayed especially given that not only has the quality been drastically reduced but less come in the bundle Id send a message email or call with my concerns but after reviewing others comments it doesn’t seem like I ‘ll have much luck with a response. I had everything in my cart yesterday ready to go for today’s place cash total was 87 to be 48 with coupon I go to check out today and it was bumped up to 170 total and 130 with coupons that are ridiculous I would’ve saved money not using the coupons and purchasing yesterday do not fall for this scam
