I’ve tried calling through to your customer happiness line about 5 times now and have been directed straight to the out of hours automated answering machine on may 11th I ordered custom shoes from shoes of prey in an 8 5 extra wide unfortunately they were too small regardless of what actual measurements on the site stated that was okay I went through your system on replacements through that system I was told I would be sent the same shoes in 1 5 sizes bigger 10 extra wide I have now received this second pair in a Here comes Amazon Right down my driveway shirt 9 5 instead of a 10 and they are meant to be extra wide pictured below however is a friend of mine wearing the 9 5 extra wide shoes in your shoes she fits into an 8 5 narrow she ordered her own pair 2 weeks before I ordered my first pair and they fit her well I wanted to call through due to that fact that i’ve been sent a pair that aren’t even what I ordered in size it’s just an added nuisance that your width descriptions are farcical and don’t reflect what the actual shoes will be. I have wide feet and in 2012 I ordered customised shoes of prey only to discover that the sole was standard pre supplied only the upper was adjusted for width can you tell me whether this is still the case or whether you now adjust the width of the sole as well the shoes will not be comfortable unless my whole foot fits on the sole without being squished by the upper.
